Finished the first part
This is the finished report and if you are wondering why it is printed in shocking pink it is because my printer cartridge has finished its black and its blue ink and there is no money for another cartridge ....yet. I am hopeful that with the next budget there will be monsy for a different colour ink as i don't think the next one which is yellow will look too good!!!Here are some of the documents and books that I have read in order to write the report. Some I brought from Canada and others I acquired here. The report is complete but not until I submitted the first draft did I understand that I did not have to do a Needs Analysis but rather
a 'How to set up a rehabilitation degree at the University of Guyana' i.e. a process document. So ...back to the drawing board and many drafts later I submitted my final attempt at understanding what was required ....and here it is! I await feedback next Monday as to whether it is of any use to the Ministry! However just to let you know that now that I have calmed down from my frustration I realise how much I have learned and how much I now know about Rehabilitation in Guyana and about Needs Analaysis thanks in part to my mentor in Kelowna Jacques Descurieux without whom I could not have begun to even think about it all. So thank you Jacques.
